DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)

  • Refund for perished fish conditions:
    • Provide a short video of fish in unopened bag on arrival.
    • For extended DOA period, provide a video of deceased fish in water.
    • Claims not processed without clear video.
  • No refunds if fish are left unattended or at the postal office/courier warehouse.
  • Ensure correct address for DOA policy validity.
  • Fish health checked before shipping.
  • Shipping stress may require acclimation.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for faulty items with a description of the fault.
  • Fault report within 24 hours of arrival.
  • "Change in mind" exchanges for non-live goods with return in original packaging (customer pays postage).
  • "Change in Mind" exchanges do not apply to live goods.
